Hi I’m Carson and I am a student and girls varsity hockey player at Grosse Pointe South Highschool. After recently playing in a charity game with a mixed girls and guys team against the Detroit redwings alumni team, I was inspired to create an opportunity to bring the community back together again to raise awareness about sled hockey, adapted sports, and what it means to be an athlete. I am wondering if you are interested in collaborating with me to make my goals possible.

I wanted to stop by and day what s member of this Team has done for me mentally physically and has really helped my phantom pain. I love to get out during open skate yo work on my skills. I haven’t been able to participate in sled hockey activities yet this year but just give me a little time and I’ll be back with my family. I think about you all and hope you’ll be ready for me when I come back Be safe, play hard and know I love each of you

OMG!!! I’m so excited. My family is thrilled. Just to have the opportunity to practice with the team. To open doors and meet new friends. I want this so bad. I will be there both Saturday and Sunday all smiles. Cant wait. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Who should I ask to talk too? This is fantastic. Have a great evening. Staci

I had the pleasure of meeting many of you at Alex Knapp’s funeral. I was truly touched by the love you gave to the Knapp family, they are wonderful people and they will need your love during this devasting period. I hope to see you play at Joe Louis. Thank You All!! Alex will be with you in Spirit. He loved participating on your team. Rests in Peace Alex
